You really just have to think about the fact that you aren’t in college yet. It should scare you! The more you slack off now, the worse you look to a college. The first semester matters, and you can’t forget that these grades are sent to the schools you apply to. Maybe make a goal for yourself! Make it your mission to make honors, or high honors. Wouldn’t it be cool to receive your diploma while wearing a gold or blue stole? You’ll have time to have fun towards the end of the year. So stay focused for now, because it’s not over yet!
