Teacher of the Month

Teacher+of+the+Month

Mr. Daley of the History department is The Rampage teacher of the month. He teaches traditional history classes, as well as popular elective classes like Financial Literacy, Anthropology, and Psychology. He is admired by many students for his warm demeanor and relaxed learning environment. “He can always relate to his students, and he always knows something about every student. He has a good relationship with them all, and has a good reputation,” says Sophie Smith, a sophomore who currently has him for Financial Literacy. She also stated that in her class, “we learn a lot of different things, and he makes it fun and understandable for all types of kids,” which shows that he seriously wants people to succeed,  and he is approachable when students seek out extra help or advice. Outside of school, Mr. Daley visits China often. “He has an adopted daughter, Minga, and a son that goes to a different school named Jack.” The Kennebunk High School student body shares Smith’s sentiment that Mr. Daley is a worthy recipient of this title because he is approachable and “he deserves recognition for his kindness.”
