This is the time of year where CIEE (Council of International Educational Exchange) is looking for families to host incoming International students. Founded in 1947, and based in Portland, Maine, CIEE is a non- profit organization that specializes in promoting international education and exchange.

Hosting can change your life and perspective on global affairs and cultures. Both the host families and the exchange students learn the value of embracing diversity and navigating differences. The experience of hosting a foreign student may inspire your own family to explore different and new situations.

The Kennebunk community, as a whole, and the high school community, specifically, has been inviting and wonderfully welcoming to students of different nations. Please consider hosting.
